The property has mains water and electricity and there is an actual landline, a rare thing for a country property, a fast internet connection is easily available for around 35€ per month.

There are some lovely mature trees in the garden and there are some fabulous unobstructed views. The property is private and tranquil but has neighbours and there is a strong sense of community. 
Sax has full employment which means that the crime rate is exceptionally low and these are very safe areas, it´s so well served by infrastructure and the people are welcoming.
